Tp Link Archer AX53 turns off WiFi from time to time

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.4 Build 20240509 rel.64683(4555)

My Tp Link Archer AX53 turns off WiFi from time to time, and after that all LED indicators turns off as well, except Power LED, which starts blinking.

And after some time (couple minutes maybe) other LED turns ON with WiFi being available again.

Got log from the recent event (strange, but other logs I have are from September):

2024-11-13 08:22:01 Led Controller INFO [1098] Start to run WAN1_ON

2024-11-13 08:22:01 Led Controller INFO [1098] Start to run WAN0_OFF

2024-11-13 08:22:01 Led Controller INFO [1098] Start to run LAN_OFF

What might be the issue here?

Maybe there are some settings or logs I should provide to help understand the problem?

Hi,

Make sure you are using original power adapter, and you can test with other power sockets.

If it cannot help, you can also reset the device and test again.

If the issue still exists, please contact the local support to check the warranty for you.
