We often have power outages at the cabin.I need battery backup for this router? Suggestions for a solution are gratefully received.

A regular home UPS would do the job, for example - FSP Nano 600 or similar.

If these power outages are for short time period you can use this cable with any PD USB-C Power Bank - it will turn your power bank into a 12v battery.
