Can not login to TP-Link account

Hello everyone, i hope this email can catch you who can help me to solve my TP-Lonk problem.
Yesterday, i bought a used router Archer A10 (secondhand). I have tried many time to login and connect it to internet provider, but it did not work well. i just created a new acount for my TP-Link account and i used that account and tried log in but it always failed with information incorrect tp-link id and password. i tried to reset factory with press the botton around 10 seconds but it didnt work. please help me what should i do?

Keep power on, press and hold the RESET hole until all LEDs turn on to reset the router to its factory default settings.
If you have tried the reset process but no response, that should be hardware issue, please contact retailer for return or replacement.
If you have reset it successfully, you will see the page asking you to create new username and password to login the device.
It is recommended that you can use Tether APP to configure the router:
