Je veu changer le IMEI parce-que le modem n'arrive pas a se connecter car la puce de l’opérateur est lier avec le réseau par l’IMEI .

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

According to my understanding, the internet access is not related to IMEI.

Can your sim card work with the router before?

If you make sure your sim card can not work with the router because of restriction by ISP, it is suggested to change another SIM card for a try.

If there is any error message showing on the web UI of the router or during your configuration, please share screenshot here for our better understanding.
