AC1300 Wifi Adapter not lighting up

Firmware Version: AC1300

My Ac1300 wifi adapter doesnt work on anything, after a windows update on windows 11 it completely turned off, tried to uninstall the update and nothing worked, tried network reset and that too didnt work for me. Finally I uninstalled the driver and it still doesnt light up, any help?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

If you have tried different USB ports on your Win11 or other computers, and the LED on the adapter was always off, I am afraid this adapter got defective.

You may contact retailer or local support to confirm warranty.
