This router has many flaws and connection issues, the firmware was the first release and it is from 2018, more than six years ago and was never updated, the router is still for sale in latinamerican markets and this is outrageous. Please don't reply with your usual steps to troubleshoot. Update the firmware, stand by your products and give the support it needs. Thank you
