How does the 'Auto' duration work for the Guest Network ?

And how can it be accessed if it turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity (see description below) :

"Guest network turns off automatically if no devices are connected to it for about 10 minutes."

(I was looking at a way to limit access to the Guest Network between certain hours but can't seem to figure it out (Eco Mode could work but it disables all Wifi not just Guest Wifi))
