Can the Ax6000 be setup the first wan1 be static and second wan2 be DHCP

Hi,

 

Is "AX6000" the actual model name of your router or just the class of Wi-Fi speed?

 

Anyway, as far as I am aware none of the "Archer" routers supports Dual-WAN.

That's correct. For dual WAN router you should consider a business grade router combined with a wireless access points.
