Time Settings in WR841N

Hi I have an internet connection via fiber optics.
I've connected to the TP-LINK router WR841N I have assigned the IP address 192.168.1.2, I disabled DHCP. I have cable connected to the other router via a LAN mouth.
If I go into the router and go to TIME SETTINGS and try to get the time automatically through an NTP server tells me I have no internet connection.
How I can configure it?
