Future Consideration XE75 Pro v2 hardware - Whitelist functionality
Hello,
For v1 hardware, firmware Deco XE75 Pro(EU)_V1_1.4.1 Build 20240722 was released in September 2024 and from the release notes it includes an allow (whitelist) function as well as a block (blacklist) function. Can we please have some commitment as to when this whitelist functionality will be made available for the v2 hardware and above? This function provides a much tighter control of devices coming on to the network, especially when children have learned to utilise mac rotation and give wifi password to their friends, it makes parental controls pretty useless for now..
Thank you.

Hello, thank you for posting on the TP-Link community, and we certainly appreciate all your feedback and feature request(s) here.
While we don't have any specific details that I can share around if this feature can come to Deco XE75 Pro V2/V3 , or when it might, I'll make sure to log this feature request and pass it along to the team.
I'm moving this conversation into the ‘Feature Request (Routers)' area and tagging it as a ‘Future Consideration’ for better visibility.
Feel free to let us know of any other feature requests you may have, we’d be happy to send them up for you.

@Marvin_S the option for a whitelist for the XE75 Pro would be the feature that makes this mesh router complete, because for me this is the missing piece.
