Hi,

I recently purchased TP-Link TL-3020 and AirTel 4G LTE USB Data Card. AirTel 4G LTE USB Data Card gets identified as "IDENTIFIED" in 3G/4G Status Page, however I cannot browser INTERNET websites either from Wireless / Wired devices.

I can ping TL-3020, access its webpage, etc.

Internet Access: 3G / 4G Only (Recommended)

Settings: Auto Mode, Auto Authentification, Disable PIN

3G / 4G Status:
3G / 4G USB Modem: Identified
Signal Strenght: 100%
IP ADDR: 192.168.0.144

I too purchased 4g LTE (HUAWEI - e3272) and have TL-MR3020 V1.

Upgraded to latest firmware but its not getting recongnized

Please help

Even I am facing problem with D-Link DWM-156 Modem

I purchased TP-Link- TL-MR3220 and trying to connect D-Link DWM-156 Modem but unable to connect. Even it shows capable with this modem on website.

Is any retard from TP Link looking at this issue? I have the same problem.
What kind of support does TP Link provide? As cheap as their product (not to mention your annyoing string checks for posting/registering).

Check the compatible modem list, if you 34/4G modem is in the list but still not working, call the support hotline. Some modems need to configure some specific details.

I think tp-link has claimed some useful information for us in this post: http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?78007-Declaration-of-3G-4G-compatibility-issues&region=china

we need to confirm our modem is in tp-link's 3G/4G compatibility list: router & modem & region & isp, we need all of them same to the list.

in fact, if there is a problem indeed, we can call their hotline support or e-mail to them for a solution.

we users can share some information we got to help each other in forum, but I don't think we can fix the compatible problem unless we can make them work via some special settings :cool:
the best way is to contact official hotline support or e-mail support.
