Hello
Switch connected to Omada network (OC200 controller). In the client section, I don't see the IP address of clients connected to this switch.
Any ideas what's wrong?

Hi, the switch does not support that function yet. Please feel free to support the request for this feature in the request-section of the forum: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/719468 Greatings

Same me, lack of this basic feature totally messing up Omada Controller visibility in network as devices are lacking IP (even if they are directly connected to router)

@plzws I've raised this with multiple TP help centers, in different countries and via our main supplier. Most seem to be unaware of the problem, almost disbelieving it exist, then with access to our bench test system, they give potential solutions but NONE work and eventually, we get the the same "We'll fix it the next release" but no timeframe is given. We fit a lot of this type of gear and this is our first major disappointment, and the response is also very poor given its been happening for many months.
One work around is to "un-adopt" the ES205/206 (easy) switches, messy but it works! (so not hardware)
The other option is to return them and buy the slightly more expensive SG2008P which are much better but much bigger units.
Not a great experience when we have many units already in the field

There is another way i discovered a few days ago!
If you set up a new omada site, configured with all your vlans as switch only vlans and setup the port profiles that you need (ie, replicating the main sites VLAN tags and port profiles), and adopt them in this site (note, it must not have a gateway in this site, just the ES switches by themselves) - the IPs also show up on the main site, with the only slight downside that they sow up as connected to whatever omada device (proper switch, router) is upstream of the ES switch. Not a big deal. And they are still omada controllable.
