Firmware Version: 5.14.32.56

iam using hotspot by voucher but i have many mobile will come back to me and thir mobile diconected however still the voucher valid when i check in the system the mac adress change so any one have idea how to solve this problem

i try from some mobile but still coming after few days i have 640 user its very difficult , there any way from the omada to fix this issue

The mac address should not change after you log in to an ssid, I suspect you are using multiple wlan groups. then you will have problems like this

Iam using only 1 wlan Now this my point the mac address i think from the phone but if this like that its a big problem So if omada can authorise bu Ip address i think is better Iam really i don't know what to regarding this issue
