Would range extender work with AC1350 Access Point.
Can anyone advise?
I have a router in one end of the house and a EAP225 at the other end. All works fine.
Is it possible to extend the wifi signal from the EAP225 so it could reach an outbuilding about 8 metres from the Access Point.
I do get a signal outside the house but not very strong.

This should be possible since your EAP is just a bridge between your main router and the RE.

Does the access point wifi get picked up by the extender which hopefully boosts the signal?

Here's a guide on that. The difference would be that you have to select the EAP wireless SSID instead.

You can compare the RE models by their Wi-Fi speed or othe rparametes - here.
RE315 or RE450 would be a good candidates but the final choice is yours.
