Slow wifi upload

i have MR3420 V2.1 the download form a PC connected to the router LAN port to my laptop by WiFi is around 8 to 9 MB which is good but the upload is 600 to 800 KB which is very slow, my old linksys WiFi can give me 5 MB download and upload speed!!!
i also test it on other laptops it give the same result.
