Model: Deco BE65
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: BE65/63/11000_V2_1.1.2

I have two be65. Android, Windows and MAC computers working great over wifi, but all iOS devices keeps loosing internet connection even though they seems to be connected to wifi. Other iOS disconnects and use mobile suddenly. The only solution is to reconnect to wifi then it works for some time. I have turned off beamforming, fast roaming and disabled mesh but still issue persist. Very frustrating. Same issue before I upgraded to the latest preview firmware. All bands have a same wifi name.

Turn off Wifi Assist in Mobile Service in Settings on the iOS devices.

Actually, turning off all the settings from the post actually seems to work better. But need to test further.

Hi, welcome to our community.

May I confirm the model and OS of your iOS devices?

Which Deco and wireless band are your iOS devices connected? You may check on Deco app.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Set manual DNS to 8.8.8.8 on the iOS devices.

2. Set the client connection preference for the iOS devices following this guide and make sure the IP address of it is distributed by Deco system.

3. Please enable guest network and connect your iOS devices to test the stability.

Please feel free to share more details if needed.

Thank you and best regards.
