My three X75 Deco nodes work perfectly well in AP mode with no Ethernet backhaul. The network becomes unstable the moment they are connected to a TP Link switch SG-1016D. I presume this switch is unsupported by Deco for backhaul. What switches are supported by Deco X75 for backhaul?

May I confirm how your three Decos are connected to the switch?

Thank you Marvin. One of the Ethernet ports of the main Deco node is connected to the ISP router Ethernet port. Another Ethernet port of the main Deco node is connected to the TP link switch. The remaining two satellite nodes are connected to the same TP link switch.

Hi, as I know, TP-Link switches are mostly compatible with our Deco’s Ethernet backhaul.

Did you refer to Q5 and Q6 in the guide to check?

You may check whether the loop detection enabled by default via contact the switch's technical support. And try different ports and Ethernet cables.
