Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.11 Build 20240724 Rel. 38913

The app says it has internet but the speed thats coming in is very low download is 0kbps and upload is 1kbps, it does not give out internet and when i ran the diagnostics test on the app it couldnt even ping google. I tried restarting the router and the deco multiple times but no luck. It worked before but it doesnt work now.

Hi, welcome to our community.

1. First, you may refer to this thread to understand the speed rates on the Deco app.

2. What is the LED status on the Deco? Can you open websites normally on client devices connected to the Deco network? Can you use the Ookla Speedtest App or https://www.speedtest.net to take speed test? And what is your exact network topology?

3. Is it possible there are too any IoT devices under your Deco network, causing 2.4GHz band crowded, then the network status synchronization delayed? So how many IoT/smart home devices do you have? And what are their models separately?

4. You may follow this guide to change DNS into 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 on Deco app.  And turn off Fast Roaming and Beamforming for a try.
