Model: AP300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1

The access point suddenly runs slowly. If I reboot the access point it will operate at correct speed for a period then slow, until I reboot. Would a firmware update fix the issue and if so how do I go about this?

Hi  @step0,

If you are experiencing the low speed when using the TP-Link access point, please refer to the following steps:
1. Make sure the speed is normal when PC is connected to the same Ethernet port of the front router.
2. Try a different ethernet cable or port on the router.
3. Change the wireless channel and channel width.
