Model: UE300C
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hi,

I'm using the UE300C to connect our Apple MacBook (Apple MacBook Pro 13" (2020) 16GB/512GB Apple M1) to connect to the Internet. The connection works for a moment and then drops. When I switch USB-C ports, same thing: active and working for a few minutes and then drops.

Is there a fix for this, do I need to install new drivers? Change firmware on the TP-Link device? Thanks for help.

Hi  @johanclaes,

Did you try a different Ethernet cable?  Generally, UE300C support plug-and-play. If it cannot work well, please update the latest version of the driver.

If the issue persists, please contact local support for further help.
