Model: Deco X50  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.4.5 Build 20240828 Rel. 84587

I have just switched phone and logged in to the Deco app with the same user and can see all my devices and see that I'm a HomeShield Security+ subscriber. 

But when it is doing its scan it tells me that my network is not secured  by HomeShield. I get the option to enable the features, but it fails. If I look at my old phone, the features are enabled.

I cleared all data for the app and logged in again. Now it works
