To those who may concern,

 

This issue should be fixed by the firmware upgrade already.

 

And it is an old thread but there are some customers who pay attention to, please be assured of it. 

 

Make sure that the firmware is up to date, and please connect your computer to the TP-Link router directly.

The issue became actual now, as the chrome updates it's referrer policy now and stopped to pass Referer header. https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2020/07/referrer-policy-new-chrome-default That means that 65% of users can't reach admin panel on the devices that didn't get firmware update. My one was not updating since 2015 - https://www.tp-link.com/ru/support/download/tl-wdr3600/#Firmware What helped to me is Chrome extension Referer Control, which allowed me to force Referer header presence on admin panel.
