Model: RE550
Hardware Version: V10
Firmware Version: 5c-E9-4-31

Keep getting locked out for 2 hours. Never buying TP-Again. Incompetent younger brother changed the password and he must have made an error. One more thing typing on this webpage is a nightmare, keeps backing to the next field so I'm extremely frustrated. Bad company!

Hi@TP-sucks,

Are you saying that you can't log into the RE550 management interface? Is it saying that the password is wrong? Perform a hard reset on the extender by pressing the reset button until the lights flash briefly.

Confirm you have entered a valid password. Please do not use special characters such as &, ~, %, space, etc.
