Hi @Marben_Nars,
If all devices are are not able to connect to the Router Wi-Fi network:
1) Please enter the Tether APP > Tools > Wireless Settings, double check your SSID and password, make sure there is no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the SSID/password.
2) Login the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, try a few other wireless channels.
3) Try rebooting the Router.
If a specific device is having trouble connecting to the Router Wi-Fi network:
1) Check the BlockList in the Tether APP.
2) Update the driver of the client device.
3) Login the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, disable the "Smart Connect".
4) Change the encryption method into "WPA2-PSK/WPA-PSK" to improve compatibility with older devices.
5) Try other wireless modes as well.
