Problem with VPN

Problem with VPN

I'm posting here since TP-Links mail doesn't work. I only get
:
Message rejected. Not enough storage space in user's mailbox to accept message.
Anyway, to my problem.
When I connect to my VPN provider my speed is down to 4-10mbit/s for download.
If I use a cable instead I get 20-25mbit/s.
If tested on two computer using PA511 and they have the same problem.
If tested with two VPN providers.
I also tested with a computer using wireless, and then the speed is OK again.
How can I fix this?
