I have a archer ax 23 router I think it is.  I am trying to install bridges to bring wifi to our steel shop 400 fert away.  I was told I need to change the dhcp of the router so they all are in sink. How do I do that. I don't have a computer! Is that donething I can do on the app?

Hi @Lin7604,

Is the environmental distance you mentioned 1.5km? This distance is too far for a home router.
In addition, do you want to use a wireless transmission network or a wired transmission network? Does it involve outdoor environment transmission?

If so, it is recommended that you consider the EAP outdoor series products.

Or, please briefly describe your network topology, including specific devices, specific distances and usage environments.

For example, take the following network topology as an example:
Cable modem—router—main deco )))((( client devices
(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

Hi  @Lin7604,

Do you want to extend the network to the router in the steel plant through bridge mode to provide a wireless network?

Please note that Archer AX23 does not have bridge mode, and Tether APP does not have the option to modify DHCP.

If there is a router/modem with DHCP function in front of Archer AX23, you can also consider setting Archer AX23 to Access Point mode.

  @Joseph-TP

im confused....  when you state bridge mode on router.... I purchased wireless bridges that say they transmit signal 1.5 km . So I have my modem in the house, then the archer ax23 connected to that.  Then the wireless bridge connected to that.   The other wireless bridge with a second router in the shop.  The shop is 400 feet from the house directly behind with no obstacles.  It wasn't getting the wifi signal .  I ordered another router incase it was the old router in the shop causing issues.  It should arrive today and then I'll re pair the bridges and re install it all and help my fingers crossed it works.  I have zero clue about access points etc mean or what they do
