First of all let me start with the fact that the so called 24/7 hotline number doesn't work AND everytime I try to post something on your forum, the new thread simply never appears ... im trying again ...

Ok so I just bought a WPA281kit and as I don't have a CD reader on my laptop I cant use the CD provided in the box.

The code bar on the box says that I have ver 2.1 so I try to look for that driver on your website and all I can find is a driver for ver 1 or ver 3 ...

Seriously this is a really bad customer experience so far, please help me asap.
