Can't set high priority devices

Hi,
When I try to set a device as high priority on the deco app it automatically takes the device off. I have set QoS up and set it to gaming
I wasn't having this issue originally but tried to reset my network to get rid of another problem (lag at 8pm every night with normal ping and speedtests)
I have set my bandwidth correctly according to the plan I'm on.
Any help would be appreciated

It is suggested to follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Does the problem only happen on certain devices or whatever client device?
2. Check whether random MAC address is enabled on the device. Please disable it then observe again.
3. Please delete the QoS settings and reconfigure it following the guide. If it is the same result, please share the screenshots of your detailed settings on Deco app and the result( it automatically takes the device off) you find.
4. Is hardware version of your Deco V2?
