MR 3040 not connecting with Reliance Netconnect+

I just bought a TP Link MR 3040 today (9 April) from Amazon. While I had read reviews that it is compatible with Reliance Netconnect+, it is somehow not connecting to my iPhone and iPad. Can someone please help me go through this process of activation. Many thanks.
