You may describe your problem in detail.

Anyway, you can always use TP-LINK powerline products via simple pair operation.
I guess you know how to pair TP-LINK powerline adapters. If don't, please check this document:

By the way, I believe you have more than one powerline products as we all know one powerline product can't be working.
