Soporte nefasto. 

Compre una Ont xz005-g6 y no conecta a ISP por falta del firmware la opción de cambiar proveedor TLPG a HWTC al poner modo olt H (Huawei).

Y me puse en contacto con soporte y ni siquiera contestaron si pueden pasarme un firmware que no sea ESPECIAL para ISP, e mandado 3 o 4 correos y ni se han molestado en poner si o no. Que falta de respeto a un cliente que solo quiere una respuesta para un producto que ha comprado de su marca.

As XZ000-G7 is a customized model by some local ISP only, we can know much less than common modem routers.

For any configuration and firmware enquiry, it is suggested to contact your ISP or local support for confirmation.
