Unfortunately, I've got the same problem.
Connects to I above petitions and appeals to Bandvith Control problems.
The same can also be set and set the parameters for each computer but it does not perform any function
like that off with softwer.Rules for bandvith control does not respond regardless of the limit specified on the
computer off at maximum speed while other computers chokes the flow and the difficult access to the Internet.

We are all in the same situation. This issue must be fixed immediately.
I also use TL-WR841ND in my home setup. The bandwidth control was not working properly at first. After updating the firmware, it was fixed. :cool:

Recently, I installed this WR841HP in a apartment building with more than 10+ clients connected at a time. I tried to add my local IP and set the port range from 1 - 65535. Changed the value of Kbps several times. Also checked if its enabled on both sides including the "Control Settings". It still doesn't work. :(

The downloads reach 3000+Kbps even if all were set to 1000Kbps. Setting 100Kbps on control settings has made it work but raising it to 150Kbps+, it was invinsible. Restarts didn't even fix it. For the meantime, I left it as is.

Looks like TP-Link does not go here or do not want to know about the problem.

I bought them for allegedly strong signal to which there was a problem until he has
not out new firmvare.Now same story only with other problem, outcome technical service
do not (want) to responds.Why is so hard to find the error and correct it.
I'll see this pack and unpack the good old tl-vr841nd with dd-garden, and they quickly throw newer firmware than the manufacturer.
It's a shame, for the 1 year messing around.

Finally done, today they sent me a beta version of firmware and works.
The Bandwith Control is repaired.
