Hello, I have a dual band TD-W8980 and I need help setting up my QoS.

I do a lot of online gaming which requires me to have low ping and latency, however, usually my family members would decide to watch videos and/or download a file during the time I play in, which makes me unable to play without being a hindrance for my team. I've been trying to set up my QoS on my own but I'm not having much luck.

I keep getting error 4308.
