Not connecting to Google Play Store/ Encryption

Model : TL-WN721N
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version :
ISP : BSNL
It won't connect to Google Play store, all other apps that use internet works fine.
Is there any way I can disable the WPA2 encryption.
I have tried disabling firewall, antivirus.
I am sure the culprit is encryption, I have same issue on other router. Disabling encryption to 'none' works.
I see no option to disable it.
Please help :(
