MR3220 - Not working with Reliance AC 2738

Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 3.13.1 Build 121123 Rel.57760n
ISP : Reliance net connect
My Hardware Version: MR3220 v1 00000000 .
When i plug in the RelianceZTE AC2738 , i can see the signal strength 61% good . But when i give connect , it again show " identify....." for long time .
Finally not connected. I checked the firmware , its already the latest firmware available for the Version 1 hardware .
Please advice what i should check ???:(
