IPTV pixel errors and dropouts

Hi,
I have a set of powerlines TL-PA4010P KIT.
I have tried to use it for my IP TV solution but I experience a lot of pixel errors and dropouts.
I have connected them directly to the power sockets.
I know that the problem can be caused by some kind of interferences but I don't know if a
firmware upgrade on the powerlines would improve the experience?
If so - can I use the first download link at http://www.tp-link.com/en/products/details/?model=TL-PA4010PKIT
