So is there another way I could use the VPN client or should I wait for a firmware update to bring that feature?

Hi, we have no further suggestions about using VPN client on Archer NX200.
Also, we can not know whether this feature will be added in next firmware version or not.

It's a real shame that only VPN server (which is generally useless on most mobile carriers due to CGNAT etc.) is implemented on this device.
VPN client would be far more useful in my view, for remote working and other purposes. WireGuard client would be a killer feature 🙏

Please implement VPN client support on the Archer NX200 router... as it is a 5G router and most 5G providers use CGNAT a VPN server is not usable - a VPN client would be the only real solution to allow a home network to be covered by a VPN tunnel, preferably using Wireguard protocol. Thank you!

Completely agree with already published opinion, that a VPN Client would be much more relevant to the actual product, than the current VPN Server. Mobile networks often make for bad server platforms, but work just fine as clients.

I also completely agree with already published opinions. A VPN client would be more relevant to the product than the current VPN server. Also, with the wireguard protocol, the speed and security will be much better for the users.
