Can't upgrade MR3020

I've tryed to upgrade the firmware of the MR3020 from actual version 120817 and after I chose the firmware , it upload it and show the percentage and it says waiting 192.168.0.254 and no thing happen, I changed the browser from chrome to IE to Opera, disabled the firewall and the antivirus too, but still the same thing.I've tried hard reset too but still the same.
Any idea please?

of course there will be no problem when upgrading firmware from 120817 to the latest one 140610.
you can use a cable to connect your TL-MR3020 and your PC, then have a try.
usually upgrading firmware via wireless is not stable

Yes like I've said before: I've fllowed all the steps, it seems like there's no response from MR3020, cause it say waiting for response from 192.168.0.254, the LAN connection is ok and I'm using it all the days, may be it's a problem in the flash memory which does not accept any firmware, may be it's full? if so how test/reset it?

It's quite unlikely that flash memory is full..
Maybe you can reset MR3020 first, then upgrade the new firmware.
If there is still a problem, I'm afraid I can't help you anymore as I haven't met such weird issue:(
