Archer T3U Plus AC1300 Looses signal when another videoconference

Hello. I have the TP-Link Archer T3U Plus AC1300 and works well between 2.4-5ghz. Suddenly, looses the signal when my wife is making a videoconference. When she finishes, works again. The router is in front of us. Device was bought on October 2024.

Hi@ShurmanoFC,
Thanks for your reply. Here are some suggestions may help you.
- Compare to connecting only to 5Ghz speed. How to set up QoS using TP-Link Wi-Fi router
- Enable QoS function: Set the video conferencing software (such as Zoom, Teams) to high priority while reserving the necessary bandwidth for the other computer.
- Limit video conferencing bandwidth: In the video conferencing software settings, manually limit the upload/download bandwidth to avoid occupying all the bandwidth.
- In the network settings of the other computer, manually assign a unique static IP address (such as 192.168.1.100) to avoid overlapping with the DHCP assigned address of the video conferencing computer.

Hi @ShurmanoFC,
Can I know which other clients are using the Archer T3U plus network while conducting a video conference?
Here are some suggestions:
1. Turn off nearby Bluetooth devices, wireless headphones, etc. during video conferences.
2. Try using the network card with other computers, or use other devices such as mobile phones on the same network to test video conferences to confirm whether the problem is limited to a specific device.
3. Check whether the network card is overheating.
