Model : TL-MR3220
Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version : Default (not upgrade)
ISP : Office LAN

I have a problem when I connect to the office network.
LAPTOP:
With my laptop is connecting the network wire and works
TABLET
1 - I put the switch to the mode of the Router on AP MODE OK ....
2 - I plug the network cable in my TP-LINK MR3020 .... OK
POWER LED -> ON
LED INTERNET -> OFF
LED WIFI -> ON
LED RJ35 -> ON
3 - Connect to TP-LINK wireless network ... OK
- I can not access the router from a browser (192.168.0.254)
- With Fing app I see IP router and all devices connected to the office network

Something I need, I only would have to connect to the network router and not see any device.
