Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 140903

ISP : KabelBW

HI guys,

logging into the management site via local network is no problem. But after entering my data via remote access I get the following Note:

NOTE: The router allows only one administrator to login at the same time, please try again later.

There is no other admin inside the router management and remote management is activated in router management. This problem comes up with the new login site (new firmware). Is there any solution for this problem?

It seems your firmware is not the latest version...

HI, according to the TP-Link Firmware page, my firmware is the latest one. Or is there another one which is newer? http://www.tp-link.com.de/support/download/?model=Archer+C7&version=V1

It Is the latest for V1...I didn't encounter such a issue. Try to restore it to factory defaults. Reconfigure it and try again.

Same problem with TL-WDR3600

Hi,

I have the same problem, not login on Remote Management through WAN with TL-WDR3600 after updated last firmware, v1_140916.

Any solution????

It is known issue by TP-LINK. There is plan to release a new official firmware to fix it. Wait patiently. :)

I purchased this router mainly for this reason and have been waiting "patiently" for awhile. Does anyone know if there has been any updates?

Hi

I also have the same problem with Archer_C7 AC1750 Dual Band Gigabit Router

When I connect to admin panel from local network, no problem.

But when I configure Port Forwarding to access router from outside network,
it shows me error You have no authority to access this router!

The problem has been fixed. Upgrade the latest firmware.
