How to configure TL-PA411 under Linux Ubuntu

Hi all!
My PC (OS Ubuntu 12.04) is connected to Internet via WiFi and is OK.
I need to connect to Internet another PC (OS WinXP Pro) via TL-PA411 (one AV500 connected to PC Ubuntu and another to PC WinXP, on the same power network).
I tried, but I cannot reach internet from my connected PC WinXP.
I'm certainly making some mistake, probably I must check IP address in some way, but what is really needed and how to set it correctly? (I am very new with Linux).
