Hi,

Please tell me where enable ping on WAN port? I disable SPI firewall and still cannot ping my Archer C2 router from outside, remote managment works fine from outside (from intenet), but cannot ping my IP, on another router ping works fine (tested).

Change Forbid Ping Packet From LAN Port in security, (Forbid Ping Packet From WAN Port, in this model and FW is not available)

MODEL: ARCHER C2
FW: 0.9.1 0.10 v0032.0 Build 140716 Rel.54909n

What kind of connection do you have on WAN port? I don't have this router at home and I can't check it, please report it here - http://ticket.tp-link.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

Connection type is PPPoE....in another router what i have is ping on wan okay, but on archer c2 dont have ping... :/// ticket is submited...

Looks like bug in firmware but I can't confirm for 100% because I don't have this router at home.

Same problem here, I've got Model No. Archer C2, just upgrade firmware to 0.9.1 0.11 v0032.0 Build 141117 Rel.54392n and can't ping it from world.
Mine has ethernet WAN port.

Under Advanced Security, with the firmware 141117, is there an option to check or uncheck "Ping Packet From WAN Port"? Does it help?

I did not find the option " Ping Packet From WAN Port" Where should it be?
Ping did not work from a different subnet.
Anybody solved such problem?

C2 doesn't support ping from WAN at all...
