Hi,
Im from the Philippines and a user of WPA4220kit. Actually I have 2 kits already (1 for home, 1 for office) and i have an additional wpa4220 solo adapter. I bought my first one from a local computer store here in Davao City more than 6months ago. Since it performed well, I bought another wpa4220kit plus a wpa4220 solo adapter recently from amazon (US) and sent it here since there are no available stocks locally.

since a week ago, i noticed that my wpa4220kit at home (the one i bought locally) has been disconnecting more often the usual. It was getting more frequent as days passed by and finally yesterday it couldnt connect anymore.

I brought in my newer wpa4220kit and wpa4220 solo adapter from office to check which adapter is broken. when i plug the older PA4020 (part of the kit bought locally) none of the 3 wpa4220 adapters can pair to it and connect to my tl-mr3420 v2 router through it. however, when i used my newer PA4010 (part of the kit from amazon), all 3 wpa4220 adapters can pair to it and connect to my tl-mr3420 v2 router.

I also noticed that the 2nd from the top light of all wpa4220 adapters are not lighting up if its the older PA4010 adapter and the bottom lights just kept on blinking but on the newer PA4010 adapater, top 2 light are lit and 2nd from the top light blinks every now and then. The 2 bottom light are lighting up normally. i dont know if that info will help you or not.

ive been calling to the sticker on the box that says, "For local technical support: (632) 412-0000" but no one is picking up since yesterday. can you please help me before ill have the local dealer send it to taiwan or singapore to check which will take a long time.

thanks!

Did you reset the PA4010 using utility and repair or rename again?
