Enter PPPaO information

When I reboot, hard reboot, or factory reset my tp-link software defaults on the quick setup page to, No SIM Card. I require the pages where I can enter the time and date and then my isp log in info and password. With the defaulting to No SIM, even under Advanced > Network > Internet > WAN I still cannot enter PPPaO information. Any advice on how to get this sorted? Thanks, matt

Hi, welcome to our community.
Do you want the router to work as 3/4G router mode or wireless router mode?
If it is 3/4G router mode, does it show "No SIM card detected" on the web UI? If so, please follow the guide to troubleshoot: What should I do if my TP-Link 4G LTE Router cannot detect SIM card?
If it is wireless router mode, you may follow the guide to configure: How to set up Wireless Router mode
Thank you and best regards.
