1. Ensure all your powerline adatpers have ben paried and they can communicate with each other successfully.

2. Ensure your TVs and iplayer work properly when they are connected to your BT4 HUB directly.

I don't use the pairing method.
I use one as master off the hub and use other 4 as satellites as shown in the diagram that came with the adapters.

Two are working again.
That's one main and two as satellite power links.

Two I cannot get to talk to the master power link!

I can't use the software as I have a Mac but air, no Ethernet connection.

The second point is not possible and really the whole reason for buying these power links.
The by hub is nowhere near the items where I need a wifi connection.

The link is on about a secure network. I don't use a secure network so have never used the buttons.its unsecured.
