Hello,

I have the M4R model connected directly to the modem via Ethernet, sharing internet via its exit port to a switch, and connected to another Deco wirelessly.

all setup was running smoothly since February 2021.

For the last two months I have disconnections at about 04:00 in the morning which do not recover unless I remove power to restart.

Both are updated to the latest firmware and so are the peripherals.

Operation mode is access point.

any advice is welcome

Hi, welcome to our community.

You may follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

1. When the internet disconnects from the Deco network, please unplug the Ethernet cable out of the main Deco and replug it to a wired computer directl, to confirm whether the internet access is ok on your PC. If not, that means the unstable problem is from your modem instead of Deco network. If your PC works, please also check IP address on it and share here, sometimes the invalid IP address also cause the internet disconnection.

2. Switch the Deco network into wireless router mode to observe.

3. Swap the main Deco and satellite Deco to confirm whether the issue remains.

4. Follow the guide: The internet connection is unstable or suddenly stops working when connected to the Deco network?
