Bought a M5250 recently, bought a 3G SIM card and inserted into device. Sim card is ready but cannot connect to Internet. How to fix?

TP Link M5250 Problem

I bought TP Link M5250 3G Router for sharing Wifi. No difficulty was found on setup. Device can connect the router. But no internet access from devices. I tried the official tips provided by TP Link. It seem DNS problems. So i downloaded the firmware from official site. Firmware cannot be updated.

Can someone please help me how to solve this.
