I have just updated to the latest firmware and cannot log in. It has reset my password and it will not accept the admin admin default.

Has the default changed in the new firmware?

What's the working mode of MR3020?
Ensure it is 3G/4G. Connect PC to its LAN/WAN port and disable Wi-Fi on your PC.
Check IP address and default gateway obtained for local area connection.
If the gateway is 192.168.0.254, try to login it. If admin for username and password still won't work, hard reset it and try again.
