Firmware Version: ‪1.2.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 210812 Rel.51351n

I installed a router MR6500V both internet and voice (VOLTE) works fine,
but if send any USSD command  returns this  error message "USSD terminated by ISP"
both 4G preferred and 3G fixed mode,  the ISP is TIM-italy, the SIM is 5G but here only receive 4G/3G signal,
the same SIM installed on the smartphone works correctly

 

what can I do,  thanks in advance

Hi, welcome to our commmunity.

After confirmation, TL-MR6500v can support to send USSD command via only 3G.

So it is suggested to contact the ISP TIM-italy to confirm whether they still support 3G or not.

  @Marvin_S Thanks for the  reply   -  YES i receive 3G, i ask to ISP and to check i forced  my smartphone 3G only
